This Practice will be closed at the following times:

Easter Bank Holiday: Friday 30th March 208 and Monday 2nd April 2018

Early May Bank Holiday: Monday 7th May 2018

Spring Bank Holiday: Monday 28th May 2018

Summer Bank Holiday: Monday August 27th August 2018

Christmas Day: Tuesday 25th December  2018

Boxing Day: Wednesday 26th December 2018

New Years Day:1st January 2019

In the Event of a Life Threatening Emergency (heart/breathing problems serious accidents)  please call 999.

Please use the Out of Hours Services by calling NHS 111 from 18:30 every evening until 08:30 the following morning.  On Friday evenning the surgery closes at 18:30  and NHS 111 can be contacted until 08:30 on Monday morning.

You may also call the local hub 020 3770 1888 who may be able to offer you an appointment.

Please do not attend Accident and Emergency for minor problems.

The week prior to these Bank Holidays and the week after these Bank Holidays almost all of the practice appointments will be provided on a Same Day basis.  This means you will have to phone or attend on the same day to book an appointment to see a doctor.
